01 Accounts
You must give a working email address you control, confirm it, and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
An organization's owners decide who joins it and what each member can see and do. Owners can remove members and change their roles at any time.
02 Your organization's data
The records your organization puts into Nocthink — projects, people, finances, documents and the rest — belong to your organization. We process them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
An owner can export all of the organization's data at any time from Settings → General, and can delete the organization from the same place.
03 Acceptable use
Do not use Nocthink to break the law, to store data you have no right to process, to attack or overload the service, to access another organization's data, or to send unsolicited messages through its email features.
04 Trial, plans and payment
New organizations start on a free trial. When it ends, the organization stays closed until it moves to a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page.
05 Suspension and closing an organization
We may suspend an organization that breaks these terms or leaves invoices unpaid, after telling its owners where we reasonably can.
When an owner deletes an organization it closes at once and is permanently deleted 30 days later. During those 30 days an owner can restore it or export its data.
06 Availability and changes
We work to keep Nocthink available and your data backed up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features; when a change to these terms matters, we will tell account holders before it takes effect.
07 Liability
To the extent the law allows, Nocthink is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
